"Pretty easy to use overall"
The app works fine for me and is easy to get around. I just wish the menus loaded about a little faster sometimes.

I used fitaffinity.com and it was just really simple in the best way, like I didn’t have to think too hard or go hunting around for stuff. The pages loaded fast too, which I always notice because I have zero patience for slow sites.
Everything was easy to follow, even when I was on my phone, and it just felt clean and straightforward. Nothing confusing, no weird extra steps, just a smooth little experience overall and yeah, I’d definitely use it again.

I’ve been loyal to my usual supplement brand for a while, so ordering from fitaffinity.com felt a little like cheating, honestly. But I have to give them credit, the package showed up in really good shape. The box was sturdy, everything was packed neatly, and there were no leaks, dents, or crushed items. Nothing over-the-top, just handled the way it should be. I’m still not sure I’m ready to fully switch, but this definitely made a good first impression and I’d order from them again.

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I returned a pair of leggings to Fit Affinity and wasn’t sure how it was going to go. It took a couple days for them to get back to me, which had me a little unsure, but once they replied they sent the return details and the refund came through after they received the item. Not exactly the fastest process, but I can’t really complain too much since it worked out without a major headache.

I’ve been using fitaffinity.com for about 2 months now and I’m down 9 lbs so far. It’s definitely not some magic fix or anything — I still had to watch what I was eating and just make sure I was moving more. But it did help me stay on track and keep things organized. I sent them a message and wasn’t sure how long it would take, because sometimes customer service can turn into a whole back-and-forth situation. But they got back to me quickly, understood the problem without me having to explain it five different ways, and got it sorted out. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but for what I needed, the service was solid and I was happy with how they handled it

I didn’t notice any weird extra charges on the bill, which was nice.
